Challenges

The two Pre-Schools include a single building and large open area for playgrounds and grass yards. The site needed to meet all City of Sacramento standards and ADA requirements.

Solution

Some of the activities completed by Laugenour and Meikle included boundary and topographic survey, construction staking, utility design, grading and drainage design, and coordination with the client and government agencies.

Outcome

The completed Pre Schools met the client's and governmental agencies' requirements.
