Challenges

The High School included multiple buildings, large concrete areas, and grass covered fields. The project is an infill project and required storm water quality facilities. Multiple government agencies had jurisdiction over the design and approval process.

Solution

Laugenour and Meikle provided engineering and surveying services for this project. The services included topographic survey, construction staking, underground utilities design, grading and drainage design, and storm water quality design.

Outcome

The High School successfully opened meeting the requirements of the government agencies with oversight.
