Challenges

Panattoni Development Company needed surveying, planning, design and construction staking for a 27 acre, 365,000 square-foot multiple-building complex of light industrial, distribution and research and development space in Solano County. Complexities included widely varying needs of planned and potential occupants, large overhead power lines, and wetlands preservation requirements.

Solution

As a land development team partner to Panattoni for more than three decades, we were able to work together to develop site plans that would meet their needs and regulatory requirements, including creating a wet detention pond for stormwater quality management.

Outcome

The completed project met Panattoni's needs and agency requirements, serving as a home for a nursing call center, a moving and storage company, an environmental consulting and testing firm, and others.
