Develop plans for a maximum number of zero-lot-line parcels on a 7.55 acre site encumbered with underground gas lines, overhead power lines, and a nearby creek.
We performed creek hydrology studies and worked with FEMA to determine the proper home floor elevations and created a greenbelt parkway along the transmission lines, while comfortably situating 55 homes on the available land.
The community sold quickly, offering a welcome setting for first-time homebuyers, and retirees scaling down from larger homes.
