Hutchinson Lane, Woodland, CA

Challenge

An infill residential project located in the southeastern part of the City of Woodland. South of the project area included small lots that were not part of the development, but all required connection to utilities.

Solution

After working with the Developer and the City of Woodland, a comprehensive design was approved. Road improvements and utility stubs were included for project parcels and the parcels south of the Developer's property.

Outcome

The final design included a 21-unit single family residential subdivision.
