Walgreens

Challenge:       
Meet the requirements of a large national franchise and local regulatory agencies on in-fill retail stores and a large distribution center. 

Solution:         
Developed a long-term relationship with Walgreens corporate staff that enabled them to understand and meet local requirements in several cities and counties.  Performed civil engineering, surveying and construction staking.

Outcome:        
Six new retail stores and a large Woodland distribution center that enables Walgreens to serve the greater Sacramento region.
